There are three options for paying for your
flight training.
1. PAY FOR EVERYTHING NOW.
This plan allows you to pay for the bulk of your private pilot
certification at a substantially reduced rate. This plan includes
everything listed in the chart above.
Any books and charts not included in the Private Initial book
package are the student’s responsibility to purchase. Students are
also required to purchase solo flight insurance before their first
solo flight.
BULK PACKAGE DISCOUNT PRICE
2. PAY FOR A BLOCK OF TIME NOW.
The Block Tim program allows you to purchase a block of time for a
reduced rate. Purchase a 10.0 block of flight time for $3250 and the
aircraft rental rate drops from $325 per hour to $3OO. Block
rate discounts do not include instructor time, books, or other
expenses.
3. PAY AS YOU GO.
This allows you to start your flight training with no money down.
You pay for your flights as you complete them, at the regular flight
training rate of $325 per hour for the aircraft, plus $30 per hour
for the instructor.
WHY DO WE FIGURE 40 HOURS OF FLIGHT TRAINING WHEN THE FAA MINIMUM
IS 30 HOURS?
Because experience has taught us that most students need those extra
training hours to master the skills necessary to pass a check ride.
Our packages and our flight training are geared toward the goal of
not only getting students past their check rides, but getting them
to the 200-hour mark necessary for them to be insurable pilots.

fuel costs, are beyond our control. Therefore, fees and expenses
